Welcome to Linda Wada's Photography Gallery

This gallery showcases my photography work from the 1970's to the present. The links to the left will take you to an introductory page for each gallery.

My personal fine art photography has appeared in numerous juried and invitational shows in the western U.S.

Most of the commercial work was created during my years working at College of Southern Idaho and later with newspapers in Oregon. My public relations imagery has been used in publications from local and regional, to national publications like USA Today.

The range depicted is from black and white photography, which I developed and printed myself to color and digital work. Currently, I am incorporating my photos into Flash animations, which allow a creative way of using still photos for storytelling on the worldwide web.

I'm currently doing photography work for WadaWorks, our family business, and for private individuals. I am also using my photography to document my research projects which include the history of silent film star, Edna Purviance (Charlie Chaplin's leading lady).

Since the Edna web site was created in late November 2001, over 2,500,000 pages have been read. The French site was added in November 2002 with the great help of Dominique Dugros from Toulouse, France. We added the Chaplin Library section in July 2005, with near 500 books from around the world. In 2008, the library Database was added, to make searching the collection, easier.

You are invited to visit Edna using the links located on the contact page. The Edna site includes a pictorial London and Bologna, Italy section.
